How to Hang Your Shingle CLE

Considering starting your own practice? Don't know the first thing about starting your own law firm? Don't fret. The Small Firm/Solo Practice Committee of the Capital Area Bar Association is here to help with the "How to Hang Your Shingle" CLE. The program will held on Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., at the Mississippi Bar Center in Jackson. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a lawyer's marketplace where a host of vendors will be on hand to exhibit products that could help you in your new solo or small firm practice. Throughout the day, attorneys and judges will provide advice on how to begin, choose, advertise, and select the right technology for your solo or small firm law practice. The CLE will also include an hour of Ethics.

Cost and Registration

The cost is $25 for CABA members, $50 for non-members, and $35 for law students and attorneys practicing less than one year. The registration fee includes lunch. To register, email RaToya Gilmer.
